Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom-made or bespoke products
- Products that have been installed
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without proof of purchase
4. Return Process

- Receive Authorisation: We will provide a Return Authorisation Number
- Package Items: Securely pack items in original packaging
- Ship Items: Return items to our address using tracked delivery
- Inspection: We inspect returned items within 5 working days
- Refund: Approved refunds processed within 14 days
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty Products: We cover all return shipping costs

6. Refund Method

For products that have been professionally installed by Lawmerritt UK:
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee from installation date
- Free service call if issues arise within warranty period

10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
11. Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, custom-made products that are cancelled after production has begun may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order value.
